How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery usually takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Please note that during high-volume periods, minor delays may occur.
My tracking status hasn't updated in a few days. Is it lost?
This is normal. Tracking often updates only when the package reaches a major sorting facility or clears customs in your country. If it hasn't moved in 5+ days, it is likely in transit between countries.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order ships (usually within 1-3 days), you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder.
