Where is my order?
Once your order is dispatched (1-3 business days), standard delivery takes 3-9 business days depending on your region. You can track your package's exact location 24/7 on our Order Tracking Page. Note: Tracking can take 48 hours to update initially.
How do I return or exchange a watch?
We offer a 60-Day Confidence Guarantee. The watch must be 100% unworn with all original protective plastic films still intact. To start a return, do not ship it back to the sender address. Please review our Refund Policy and then email us for the authorized facility address.
I need to cancel or change my order!
Our fulfillment centers process orders extremely quickly. If you made a mistake with your shipping address or need to cancel, please email us immediately at support@thelux.watch with "URGENT - ORDER CHANGE" in the subject line. If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel or intercept it.
