How long does shipping take?
Because we ship directly from our global fulfillment centers to offer you the best price, standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

The Lux works with manufacturers and artisan partners across the globe (including Asia and Europe) to bring you premium designs without the luxury markup.
Product & Care
Are the watches waterproof?
Most of our timepieces are rated 3ATM (30 Meters). This means they are "splash resistant" — safe for hand washing or light rain, but they should not be worn while swimming, showering, or diving.
What kind of movement do you use?
We use high-precision Quartz movements for our Classic and Minimalist collections to ensure accurate timekeeping with minimal maintenance. Our Skeleton collection features automatic mechanical movements.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Yes. Every watch from The Lux comes with a 12-Month Manufacturer Warranty covering any mechanical defects.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you aren't satisfied with the look or feel of the watch, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging.
