How long does shipping take?

Because of this "Direct-to-Wrist" model, standard tracked delivery takes 3-9 business days depending on your region (Australia: 3-8 days, USA: 4-9 days, Europe: 3-7 days, International: 3-8 days). You will receive a tracking number the moment your order leaves our facility after our brief 1-3 day processing period.
Where do your watches ship from?
To offer surgical-grade 316L steel hardware at our accessible price point, we ship directly from our specialized manufacturing partners globally, rather than holding inventory in expensive local retail hubs. This direct fulfillment model is exactly how we deliver uncompromised quality without the traditional retail tax.
What kind of movement and materials do you use?
We refuse to compromise on raw materials. Our cases and bracelets are forged from premium 316L stainless steel. For our main collections, we utilize high-precision Japanese Quartz movements to ensure dead-accurate timekeeping with zero maintenance required. Our Skeleton collection utilizes automatic mechanical movements.
Are the watches waterproof?
Our timepieces are rated at 3ATM (30 Meters). This means they are "splash resistant" and perfectly safe for daily wear, hand washing, or light rain. However, to preserve the integrity of the gaskets, they should not be worn while swimming, showering, or diving.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Yes. Every timepiece comes with a 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty covering any internal mechanical or manufacturing defects. We stand behind the hardware we engineer.
